Success Staffing uses the Skill Check, the best computer testing available. Analysis of job needs, coupled with our analysis of applicant's skills, create the most. effective relationship between client and applicant. We test our applicants manually for Math, Spelling, Grammar and Vocabulary.

PERSONALIZED RATES:
We determine temporary rates based on your company's needs and the applicant's qualifications. Remember, we strive to provide you with the highest quality personnel at the lowest cost to you.

If you choose to hire one of Success Staffing's temporary associates to a full time position, there will be a negotiable, conversion fee. Alternately, you may keep them on Success Staffing payroll for 520 hours, with no conversion, and no charge to your company. We also supply full time placement. We will recruit, screen and test highly qualified candidates for you to select, based upon your needs. Our fee is based upon the annual salary, with a 30 day guarantee.
